This presentation demonstrates how BIM and digital methods are applied across pre-planning, planning, and construction phases at Deutsche Bahn—from defining BIM objectives and preparing EIRs/BEPs to coordinating BIM models and capturing site conditions with drones. It showcases practical examples of digital construction site supervision using regular drone flights for progress verification and as-planned vs. as-built comparison, as well as tools like Dalux for issue
management, progress tracking, and construction inspections.
